I'm NOT Gonna Do IT!!

Don't know what it is really... I mean I catch myself at times..ALL times not saying what I feel.

It's like when you are about to throw up, but I can control what I say. A simple NO will do. Touchy subject..just gonna throw it out there. ...Employment.

I've been around long enough and have worked long enough to see it all. From the Manager who KNOWS what he is doing..and but little to work with, to.. Wosah, wosah... To those who are hired in any field who sell themselves to get the job, but once hired take a whole completely different turn. It sucks when you work with people who are like that. But you're suppose to maintain a professional outlook on the whole thing.. Have the attitude of doing 'what it takes to get the job done' type attitude. Problem with that...you sometimes become the 'go to guy, person' and that isn't rewarding at all. Because...you have to DO what needs to be done and watch those who don't do..just skate along on the job. Then...at the end of the day, in the comfort of your home.. You question yourself and say...'how could you have handled that much better?'

I'm a Worker, I WORK..and I am THE BEST at what I do. Though some say, well anyone can do what I do..true...but would you enjoy doing it and all that comes with doing it. What's that, you may ask. Being on time, doing on time and being ab;e to adjust to any FUCK UPS that may and ALWAYS come along. It's called Thinking on Your Feet. I'm an expert at that. Also..having the tools to DO what's needed to be done. I'm great at being a Trainer...give me your guidelines and it WILL be done. See..I know what is needed to do my job, and without the tools and the guidance that is needed to do this job from the VERY beginning..along the line somewhere...a 'whatever attitude' will arise. I will MAKE sure that DOES NOT happen. One thing that will ALWAYS be in my Training...'If YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT ANYTIME, ASK ME!!' My experience is...if you don't ask questions, you're NOT interested in the job.

So, in I go today and see what Shit Storm I MAY have created. I say.. The sun always comes out after a storm...but not right away, but it does and have to.
