I'm Melting !!!!

The last couple of days has been really hard on me. No for real, I've
been thru hell. No, again. I feel as if I'm living in HELL. The weather
has a lot to do with it. It drains me. I work in a place where the air
conditioning is up very high. The other day I had to put on a jacket
because I was getting chills. I was actually shivering. Then when it was
time to leave work, the heat from outside knocked me down, beat me up.
Went home and tried to sleep and all I did was toss and turn, sweat and
get really angry at myself. Fans do NO GOOD. Only thing that worked was
taking a shower, like every 45 minutes. Then it was off to work cranky,
for the lack of sleep. I'm not complaining mind you, just tired, that's
all.

That's it I'm finished. Its a litle bit cooler. Gonna try and get some
sleep...good nite....I hope
