Mountain Bike Part 2

The tracking alert means that my bike is less than a mile away. I called the bike shop and then the bullshit started.

The guy who is suppose to put 5his bike together quit. Just up and quit. I asked for the next best guy. He says other than the money he is being paid by the shop, he things I should pay him on the side...$400. I told him and I quote:' Fuck NO'.The store manager said I'd anything he will do it. Okay.

The bike came in 3 large and heat long flat boxes. It's not a drop off and leave like UPS or FedEx, no. I checklist is for each box and me and the driver both have to expect each price before signing off on it. 45 fucking minutes. So each box is open and the boxes are numbered. I asked for duxt tape some I can tape up the 2 other boxes and..in walks the guy who is supposed to put it together in the first place. Tells me 5hatbhe thought it over and he was wrong. He's here to dona job, let's do it.

It took 3 and a half weeks to put this bike together. Then he added the other upgraded parts which took another 3 days. The bike was together. 

It's cold outside by this time, and I'm still living in a shelter. I don't want to leave it chained outside, and I'm not leaving it in the basement if the shelter because someone might come along and think it's a donation and I'll be fucking pissed. So $25 every two weeks until I come and pick it up. When I wrote the first part of this, I went to pick up my bike. It wasn't in the shop when I got there. I asked where is my bike. I was told I have to speak to the manager. He came in 2 hours later. Told me that my bike was stolen out of the shop back in March. But the bike was chained to a concrete pole in the basement, and I had the only key. I was told that they just noticed it was gone 7 days ago, no one called me.i was...okay.

I got my money back plus 30% within 9 days.I don't have a bike, but I have all my money back and then some. It would be stupid of me if I did t have insurance on an item values at and over $5,000.  I wish I could have rode it when it was all out together, but it was nasty outside and I said I'll wait. Doesn't matter now because....
