 I don't know why he moved to West Virginia. The minimum wage there is $8.75 an hour. I know work is work but... You're from NYC Homes and working in Food Service here is completely different.  But he went down there for the White women. I told him...don't let those White women get you run out of town, you have to run FAR to get back here to NYC. As long as he is happy.
