Her job didn't furlough her like it did half of it's work force, they kept her on as long as they could and then they fired her. This allowed her to collect unemployment, but..

But everyone else was too because of this Pandemic. To her it was all giggles and laughs back then when those checks rolled in. Then the Government extended unemployment benefits..more laughter. Then the shit hit the fan.

I get a call from her a little while ago wanting some information. It seems her job called her back to work 2 weeks ago and asked did she want her position back with a slight pay raise. She figured since these unemployment benefits are set until September, she told them no and that to give her until September and then she will come back. Well.. She told me her check did t get deposited into her account from unemployment...and wanted to know why it's not there.

I told her as far as I know three people contribute to unemployment. You,your job and the State...I could be wrong, but that's what I was told. Apparently your job got in touch with unemployment and told them you refuse to work. Since your job pays one third.. Unemployment cut you off. But hold on.

I don't know what the deal is because we are in a Pandemic. Differe t rules apply and I don't work for the people 2ho hand out unemployment money. 

I told her she should try and get her job back. First thing Monday morning go down to your Supervisor and ASK for your job back. If he says no, reapply and see what happens.
