WTF? West Harlem? Is there a place called West Harlem? I'm only asking because I read that they are opening up a market..'Uptown Night Market' in West Harlem. Runs every second Thursday of each month starting July 8th  until November 11th. 138th Street & 12th Ave. Hmmm?
