I was offered and went to look at a room that's 15 minutes from where I work at. The price they are asking, two women is $285.00 a month. What they said is that it covers the basic staples for food in the house, anything else, they come out of their pockets for. The ONLY issue is... Both of them are Night Owls, go to bed at around 5, 6 am... Up at 6pm. Which means they might be a little too noisy for my taste, but they both said they are quiet.
